veyor feeding overhead web conveyor to the V-LAP vertical lapping machine then into the thermo bonding oven.
This line has a working width of 500mm to allow complete products to be made as finished items and samples for true evaluation as components in the laboratory.
The line is completely enclosed in a secure and safe guarding with separate controls for complete flexibility and ease of operation. The line can be run in both automatic and manual mode with use of the linked PLC and inverter controls.
The line is suitable for all fibre types and various web weights and final product thickness.
